Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and new quotas (agents, storage, AI messages) apply right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes — and this is usually the part other inbox tools gloss over. You'll need a verified Meta Business Manager (verification can take anywhere from same-day to a couple of weeks) and a phone number dedicated to the API. That's either a brand-new number, or an existing WhatsApp number migrated over — once migrated, it can no longer be used in the regular WhatsApp consumer or Business app. Resolvenyx connects your number using Meta's embedded signup flow directly from onboarding, and message templates — required for any message you send outside the 24-hour customer reply window — are created, submitted, and tracked from inside Resolvenyx, with Meta's review typically landing within a few hours (occasionally longer, or rejected and needing a resubmit).
How does Gmail and Outlook email sync work?
Connect your Gmail or Outlook account using an App Password (required when 2-Factor Authentication is on). Emails sync automatically every 5 minutes and replies are sent via SMTP — all without leaving Resolvenyx.
How does Calendar sync work?
Paste the secret iCal URL from Google Calendar (or the ICS publish link from Outlook) into Settings → Connected Calendars. Resolvenyx fetches your events and shows them in the Calendar view alongside reminders and tickets. Sync runs automatically every 30 minutes.
What AI models are available in AI Studio?
AI Studio supports Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, and Google Gemini. You can bring your own API key to remove monthly quota limits.
Is my data stored securely?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR compliant. Each workspace runs in an isolated database — your data is never mixed with another organisation.
What happens after the free trial?
At the end of your 7-day trial you'll be asked to choose a plan. Your data is preserved. If you don't continue, data is deleted within 30 days.
