Your rights under UK GDPR

Right of access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within one calendar month.
Right to rectification
If any data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.
Right to erasure
You can ask us to delete your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to keep it.
Right to restriction
You can ask us to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while a dispute is resolved.
Right to data portability
You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format to transfer to another provider.
Right to object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes at any time.
Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How we stay compliant
Lawful basis for all processing
Every type of data processing we carry out has a documented lawful basis under UK GDPR — contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or consent.
Data minimisation
We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. We regularly review and delete data we no longer need.
Sub-processor agreements
All third parties that process data on our behalf are bound by Data Processing Agreements that impose GDPR-equivalent obligations.
Breach notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay.
Records of processing
We maintain an internal Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) documenting all data processing operations as required by UK GDPR Article 30.
Staff training
All team members with access to personal data complete regular data protection training and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
