Our Commitments

How we stay compliant

Lawful basis for all processing

Every type of data processing we carry out has a documented lawful basis under UK GDPR — contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or consent.

Data minimisation

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. We regularly review and delete data we no longer need.

Sub-processor agreements

All third parties that process data on our behalf are bound by Data Processing Agreements that impose GDPR-equivalent obligations.

Breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay.

Records of processing

We maintain an internal Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) documenting all data processing operations as required by UK GDPR Article 30.

Staff training

All team members with access to personal data complete regular data protection training and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
